Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• June 2: Nancy D. Buffolino, 31, of Westbury, charged on Roslyn Road and Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights.
• June 3: Michelle A. Lotito, 33, of Syosset, charged on Northern Boulevard in Flower Hill.
• June 3: Vincent P. Chiarucci, 48, of Manhasset, charged on Main Street in Roslyn.
• June 3: Paul G. Cervoni, 48, of Brookville, charged on Main Street in Roslyn.
• June 3: Nicola Marco Davino, 23, of Massapequa, charged on Fulton Avenue and N Franklin Street in Hempstead.
• June 3: William J. Lynch, 56, of Bellerose Terrace, charged on Railroad Avenue in Roslyn Heights.
