Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Oct. 30: Oscar E. Marrero, 31, of New Rochelle, charged on Front Street and Westminster Road in West Hempstead.
• Oct. 30: Alexis Lemus, 26, of Hempstead, charged on Fulton Avenue and N. Franklin Street in Hempstead.
• Oct. 30: Rachelle C. Frost, 20, of Yonkers, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Oak Street in Hempstead.
• Oct. 30: Valentin Ascencion, 28, of New York, charged on Rica Lane in Woodmere.
• Oct. 31: Kevin Dellavecchia, 60, of Glen Cove, charged on Cherry Street and Conklin Street in Farmingdale.
• Oct. 31: Brian Scott Gonzalez, 22, of Westbury, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Pond Lane.
• Oct. 31: Richard T. Cunningham, 52, of Uniondale, charged on Duryea Avenue and Hempstead Boulevard in Uniondale.
• Oct. 31: Carlos Carrasco, 36, of Central Islip, charged on S. Service Road and New Hyde Park Road in North Hills.
