Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- April 23: Carl R. Guerrier, 41, of Spring Valley, charged on Linden Boulevard and 238th Street in Elmont.
- April 23: Grace Eun Hae Lee, 23, of Dix Hills, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
- April 25: Jeffry M. Abreu-Moronta, 25, of Roosevelt, charged on Union Place and Whitehouse Avenue in Roosevelt.
- April 26: Christopher Nelson, 38, of Lindenhurst, charged on Locust Street and Bayview Avenue in Manhasset.
