Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- July 16: Eric M. Lesperance, 39, of Lattingtown, charged on Main Street and Roslyn Road in Roslyn.
- July 16: Joseph P. Azzaretto, 23, of Massapequa, charged on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin.
- July 17: Jennifer Wilson, 36, of Baldwinsville, charged on W Shore Road in Roslyn.
- July 17: Seantes Lobban, 39, of Roosevelt, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
- July 18: Elizabeth P. Figueroa, 51, of Staten Island, charged on Sunrise Highway and Hook Creek Boulevard in Valley Stream.
