Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Feb. 12: Erica B. Smollen, 41, of Woodbury, charged on Roslyn Road in Roslyn Heights.
- Feb. 12: Jean C. Ramirez, 31, of Glen Cove, charged on Roslyn Road and Railroad Avenue in Roslyn Heights.
- Feb. 12: Taylor J. McVitty, 24, of Westbury, charged on Old Country Road in Westbury.
- Feb. 12: Michael Wahlig, 53, of New Hyde Park, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Renken Boulevard in Franklin Square.
- Feb. 13: William P. Fello, 63, of Bayville, charged on Railroad Avenue and Main Street in Roslyn.
- Feb. 13: Eladio Bonilla-Ramos, 38, of New Cassel, charged on Old Country Road and Westbury Drive in Westbury.
- Feb. 14: Marcelino R. Calderon-Hiler, 29, of Long Beach, charged on Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach.
- Feb. 15: Jian K. Wu, 36, of Westbury, charged on Old Country Road in Roslyn.
