- May 19: Christopher V. Berrios, 25, of Elmont, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont.
- May 19: John Weldon, 54, of Oceanside, charged on W Broadway and Daub Avenue in Hewlett.
- May 19: Eric Ha, 27, of Whitestone, charged on I-495 Exit 48 in Plainview.
- May 22: Fernando A. Seargeant, 32, of Jamaica, charged on Long Beach Road and Lincoln Avenue in Oceanside.
- May 22: James S. Kilfeather, 46, of West Hempstead, charged on Ivy Street in West Hempstead.
- May 23: Susan D. Alberda, 48, of Massapequa Park, charged on Carmans Road and Joan Lane in Massapequa.
- May 24: Andrea Lea Schaefer, 35, of Elmont, charged on Blackstone Street and Savoy Avenue in Elmont.
- May 25: Thomas R. Baroniunas, 26, of Massapequa Park, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Avis Drive in East Meadow.
