- Jan. 7: Jamie C. Pope, 30, of Bethpage, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- Jan. 8: Christopher J. Friedman, 20, of Howard, charged on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead.
- Jan. 8: Jaime R. Martorell, 21, of Smithtown, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
- Jan. 8: Kenneth McNeil, 32, of Brooklyn, charged on Post Avenue in Westbury.
- Jan. 9: Christopher Figueroa, 35, of Huntington, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
- Jan. 10: Costas Pavloianis, 79, of Bayside, charged on Northern Boulevard and Susquehanna Avenue in Thomaston.
- Jan. 10: Joseph Rivera, 30, of Rockville Centre, charged on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin.
- Jan. 10: Stacy A. Davis, 32, of Farmingdale, charged on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.
- Jan. 10: Orlando Rodrigues, 50, of Mineola, charged on Old Country Road and Ring Road in Carle Place.
