- Dec. 2: Austin W. Fierstadt, 38, of Woodbury, charged on Main Street and Papermill Road in Roslyn.
- Dec. 2: Kristi Zoto, 25, of Astoria, charged on Willow Street and Jefferson Avenue in Roslyn Heights.
- Dec. 2: Pauline Kostakis, 32, of Flushing, charged on Willow Street and Jefferson Avenue in Roslyn Heights.
- Dec. 3: Chang M. Lee, 35, of Plainview, charged on S Service Road and E Locust Lane in East Hills.
- Dec. 3: Damon E. Boston, 41, of Brooklyn, charged on Merrick Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- Dec. 3: Leora G. Binstok, 63, of New York, charged on Bayview Avenue and W Shore Road in Manhasset.
- Dec. 4: Michael V. Bianco, 37, of Glen Cove, charged on N Service Road and Mineola Avenue in Roslyn Heights.
- Dec. 4: Ariel J. Rodriguez, 29, of Brooklyn, charged on Northern Boulevard in Great Neck.
- Dec. 7: Thomas J. Keady, 55, of Oceanside, charged on Harvey Avenue and Allen Avenue in Oceanside.
