A new regulations are aimed at stopping the behavior of drivers who text and drive. AAA NY calls them the "toughest regulations in the nation." Not only big fines, but 5 points on your license for first offense. You can lose your license with 11 points over an 18 month period. Tell your young people in your family: Don't text and drive!!
