The Mount Calvary Baptist Church Senior High Ministry Team will be presenting a dramatic presentation of the life of Hudson Taylor, who was a missionary to China, and founded China Inland Mission (CIM) in 1865. Please come join us as we learn about how Hudson Taylor learned to trust in God.
The words Have Faith in God were carved in stone over the door of the missions [CIM] headquarters. Hudson himself learned to trust God in little things and big things--big things like losing his eight-year-old daughter, Gracie, to a terminal illness and losing his first wife (Maria) at the age of thirty-three along with a newborn son.
Since the apostle Paul, no other missionary has had a broader vision for the world nor taught the people of God more about prayer than Hudson Taylor. The record of his life challenges and teaches us that there is nothing too small for prayer.
