• 3 Forced From 'Uninhabitable' Home After Port Washington Fire: FD (patch.com) — A Sunday evening kitchen fire on Bay Drive left three Port Washington adults displaced and their home declared uninhabitable, though no injuries were reported. About 50 firefighters from Port Washington and nearby departments quickly brought the blaze under control, and the Red Cross and Village of Port Washington North officials are helping assess damage and support the residents.
