Police Log: 10 Windows Broken at the High School, DWI Arrests

Monday, Sept. 21

At 3:47 p.m., a Port Washington man was placed under arrested for DWI on Vanderventer Avenue.

At 8:48 p.m., police reported that someone was a victim of identity fraud on Hilltop Road.

At 11:28 p.m., a Port Washington man was arrested following a domestic incident on Charles Avenue.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

At 2:10 a.m., a Jamaica man was arrested for criminal mischief at a Harbor Homes location.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

At 11:17 a.m., a Port Washington man was placed under arrested for disorderly conduct near 284 Main St.

At 8:35 p.m., a Port Washington man was placed under arrested for DWI on Central Drive.

Thursday, Sept. 24

At 3:45 p.m., police reported that someone left a wallet at 55 Main St. The wallet was later returned to headquarters and the owner was notified.

Friday, Sept. 25

At 11:02 a.m., a Port Washington man was placed under arrested for multiple vehicle traffic law violations on Port Washington Boulevard.

At 3:08 p.m., police reported a burglary at a Fairview Avenue home.

Saturday, Sept. 26

At 12:17 p.m., a Glen Cove man was arrested for two counts of criminal possession of a weapon on Roslyn West Shore Road.

At 5:47 p.m., police reported criminal mischief in which 10 windows were broken at Paul D. Schreiber High School, located at 101 Campus Drive.
