League of Women Voters of Port Washington-Manhasset is inviting the public to attend a Candidates Forum for Port Washington School Board of Trustees tonight, May 2.

The forum will be held at 8 p.m. at the Paul D. Schreiber High School Cafeteria, located at 101 Campus Drive.

Four candidates are vying for three open seats. Two seats are full 3-year terms that end June 30, 2019 and one seat is for one uncompleted term that ends June, 30, 2017. Two of the seats are currently held by Nadolne and Sloan and the third seat was vacated by a trustee who resigned. None of the seats are salaried.

School Board Election and Budget Vote
An election will be held two weeks later on Tuesday, May 17 from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Carrie Palmer Weber Middle School All-Purpose Room, located at 52 Campus Drive.
