Port Washington Attorney Elected to New Position

Brian J. Beller elected to position of real estate counsel.

Phillips Nizer LLP has elected Brian J. Beller of Port Washington to the position of counsel in the Real Estate Law Department. Beller, who practices in commercial and residential transactions, joined the firm in 2007 as an associate.  

Beller’s practice involves the representation of owners, operators, developers and lenders in the acquisition, development, disposition, finance and leasing of real estate assets. A significant portion of his practice focuses on negotiating and drafting office and retail leases and subleases on behalf of landlords and tenants, in New York City and nationwide.  Additionally, Beller assists non-U.S. residents acquiring premier residences in New York City. 

Beller earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law, and his undergraduate degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
