Port Washington Requests Bids For Road Repairs

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Port Washington North, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, until 12:00 noon on Friday, July 17, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read by the Village Clerk, at the Village Hall, Port Washington, New York 11050, and the contract awarded by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North as soon as thereafter as practicable for:

ROAD REPAIRS

THROUGHOUT THE VILLAGE PORT WASHINGTON NORTH, NEW YORK

for a one-year, two-year, or three-year period, commencing September 1, 2020, as may be determined, each year, by the Board of Trustees.

The proposal, bid and specification sheets may be seen at or procured from the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or at clerk@portwashingtonnorth.org , commencing June 29, 2020.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Village, after all bids have been examined and checked.
