PORT WASHINGTON, NY--The eighth annual PortFest event is upon Port Washington. The event will be held at Weber Middle School's Seeber Field on Sunday, May 19, from 12-5 p.m. There will be an abundance of entertainment and activities for the whole family.
Music and dance performances will be held by local artists and students. Artwork made by Port Washington-based artisans will be available to check out. People of all ages can partake in their own arts and crafts. Middle school students can partake in a scavenger hunt. A silent auction will be held. And of course, there will be food from Port Washington-based eateries.
All proceeds will benefit HEARTS's mission to enrich the arts of Port Washington and directly support school grants. HEARTS is an independent, grassroots non-profit.
