PW Crisis Relief Team Hosts Blood Drive.
The holidays are a time to be thankful for the past year and a hope for continued and even better health, happiness and success.

A caring and selfless way to truly share the joy of holiday spirit and giving during the holidays is to donate precious, life saving blood. The Port Washington Crisis Relief Team (PWCRT) and the American Red Cross is holding a blood drive on Friday, December 18 from 3:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the Port Washington Public Library, 1 Library Drive.
The pre-donation process has been dramatically lessened via a new RapidPass system recently introduced by the Red Cross. RapidPass enables pre-donation reading and health history questionnaires to be completed online the day of donation prior to arriving for scheduled appointments. Visit redcrossblood.org/RapidPass for more information and to complete the questionnaire the day of the blood drive.
To schedule an appointment, email Vivian Moy at pwcrteam@gmail.com or call 1-800-RED-CROSS. Each donation saves or sustains as many as three lives, so give the gift of life this holiday season.
