Schreiber Grad Katie Lowes Returns to ABC's 'Scandal' Thursday

See it at 10 p.m.

Season 2 of ABC’s “Scandal,” featuring Schreiber High School graduate Katie Lowes, class of 2000, returns Thursday at 10 p.m.

This fast-paced drama offers a behind-the-scenes look of a high-powered DC crisis manager. When the show left off last season, Lowes’ character Quinn Perkins finds herself in trouble: her love interest dies right before her eyes, and when her coworkers show up to scrub the crime scene, it’s revealed that Quinn is not who she’s claimed to be.

Viewers “will find out very quickly into the premiere episode who Quinn Perkins is. But sadly, as soon as that question is answered, I think audience members will realize that it’s just the beginning of more questions,” Lowes told LA Confidential Magazine.

Lowes, who also appeared on the big screen in Transformers 2" and "Super 8," is also a founder of IAMA Theatre Company in Los Angeles. The company only performs original productions, one of which, “Assistants,” was sold as a pilot to NBC, Lowes told LA Confidential Magazine.
