"The Village is today announcing that Manorhaven's new Mayor, Giovanna Giunta, with the support of the Board of Trustees, has commenced litigation against AG Towers to prevent the Cell Tower from becoming operational. Mayor Giunta began this fight as a concerned citizen and Mother. Now, as Mayor, she has pledged all that the Village can do to stop it.  Politics and mishandling is why this tower exists. Fidelity to the law and the protection of the Village’s citizens, especially its children, is why it should come down. John McDonnell, Esq. of McDonnell & Daly is leading this charge, and the Mayor and Board are confident that when the facts come out, the Village will win."
