Victory for Port Washington Dragons
The 6th grade girls travel team also plan to play in a Hersey Invitational.
The Port Washington Soccer Club Dragons, a travel team consisting of 6th grade girls, siwon the top division in their age group at the Commack Memorial Day Tournament. The girls went undefeated (4-0) scoring 13 goals and allowing only 1 against.
This latest success follows a semi-final appearance in both the NY Cup and Long Island Cup tournaments. Next, the Dragons were invited to play in the Hershey Invitational Tournament over Father’s Day weekend. This invitational tournament is made up of teams from Virginia to Massachusetts.
