Red Stocking Revue continues Friday-Saturday, 8 p.m., and Sunday, 2 p.m. Tickets are $18 for general admission, $30 for reserved seating, and $15 on Thursday and Sunday for seniors and children. Tickets may be purchased from a Red Stocking Revue cast member, from these local businesses, or online.

Soulful Sundown - Following worship, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Shelter Rock will host a Soulful Sundown Coffee House featuring outstanding singer/songwriter Amy Correia, who will be introduced by WFUV (90.7) DJ, John Platt. Refreshments will be served. There will also be a modestly priced dinner at 6:30 p.m. Worship is at 7:30 p.m. and the Coffee House at 8:30 p.m.. 48 Shelter Rock Rd, Manhasset.

Take the kids: The Dolphin Bookshop Presents - Magic with Evan 4 p.m.

Sunday

Spring Family Yoga at Sands Point Preserve, 11:00 am

FOL University Features "Life" and "Lumet," 1:30 p.m. at Port Washington Public Library, Free. Dr. Michael Shodell, emeritus professor of biology at LIU Post, will give a multimedia presentation on “Life? We Can Build That.” At 3 p.m., Columbia University Professor Maura Spiegel will talk about film director Sidney Lumet, the subject of her forthcoming book. Refreshments served during the break between lectures.

 3 p.m. at 1845 Northern Blvd, Manhasset. Hear a contemporary choral work written in 2011 by Welsh composer Karl Jenkins, presented by the Chancel Choir and soloists of The Congregational Church of Manhasset. Under the direction of Craig Tocher, the piece features texts from iconic, historical figures who have been at the forefront of promoting peace. Accompaniment provided by strings, percussionists, guitarist, woodwinds and keyboard. Reception following concert. Free admission.

Andrew Zolli is the co-author of the new book Resilience: The Science of Why Things Bounce Back. David Eagleman is a neuroscientist and writer at Baylor College of Medicine, where he directs the Laboratory for Perception and Action and the Initiative on Neuroscience and Law and a New York Times bestselling author published in 27 languages.
