Family Jazz Night with Muriel Weinstein at The Dolphin Café. Weinstein will discuss her books on Louis Armstrong, and Bobby Katz, Solomon Hoffman, Miles Kurtz, Reed Kalash and Chris Silverberg will be performing his music. 7 p.m.

New Riders of the Purple Sage at Landmark on Main Street. All proceeds from the event will go to The SASS Foundation for Medical Research in their ongoing fight against cancer. Tickets $40. 7 p.m.
