Nassau County Legislator Wayne Wink (D-Roslyn) attended the Roslyn Highlands Hook and Ladder ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 8 for the new firehouse. Legislator Wink presented the Roslyn Fire Department with a citation for their efforts and dedicated service for the new firehouse. This new station replaces an obsolete structure that was originally built in 1964. The firehouse is located at 111 Harbor Hill Road in East Hills.
