You Have a Place At the Table

   You have a place at His Table!  Families usually assign seats at the kitchen table.  Tom sits here.  Dick sits to Tom’s right and Harry on Tom‘s left. Harriet sits directly across from Tom at the head of the table. So it is as the Church Family gathers together.  Everyone has a place at the altar rail to kneel and to receive Jesus in the Sacrament of the Altar. Everyone belongs!  Everyone is “family” -- God’s family. Our 5th graders, preparing for their first reception of the Sacrament, adopted and adapted IHop’s tagline:  “Come hungry, leave happy!”  

   Commemorating the Last Seder, the institution of the Sacrament of Holy Communion, and the Footwashing of the disciples’ feet, you’re invited to take your place at His Table!  Worship is at 7:17pm.  All our welcome. 

The congregation practices Eucharistic hospitality. All baptized Christians are welcome to receive at the Mass. All others are invited to come forward and receive a blessing.
