We are Equal Access Partners, affiliated with the Association for Equal Access, a disability rights group advocating for disability rights since 1999.

We will pay you for your completed report of each encounter you have with an inaccessible restroom or parking etc. at any public business anywhere in New York. Only one visit per facility. Details provided.

You automatically qualify if you have a health issue (such as arthritis) that impedes your walking or standing.

You need to submit dated photos, receipts etc. to verify your encounter and agree to work with us to help remedy the inaccessible features you encountered.

You will receive additional compensation if we can reach a agreement with that business to increase their accessibility.
