8pm- Donald & Lydia
Genre: Americana/Folk/Country
For fans of: John Prine, Hank Williams, Carolyn Mark, Rose Maddox & Buck Owens, Roseanne Cash, Townes Van Zandt, Bill Monroe, The Carter Family
Donald & Lydia hail from such far flung corners as Honolulu, Hawaii and Sunnyside, Queens. Brought together by a mutual love of old-fashioned, guitar pickin’ close country duets, heartbreak songs and booze, this acoustic duo plays a range of eclectic covers and original tunes. In the style of great country duos, George & Melba, Dolly & Porter, Prine & DeMent - Donlad & Lydia bring you sweet, sweet honky-tonk harmony duets with an ear to the past and a mouth full of sass. A wise-crackin’ good time, soaked in heartache, whiskey, and loneliness served neat, no chaser.

The Bear Stevens duo is a folk driven, story-telling southern spot of lyrical melodies and harmonies. If sweet tea could be heard, it would sound like Bear Stevens.

10pm- Leah Shaw
Genre: Southern Folk
For fans of: Feist, Amos Lee, Bonnie Raitt
Leah Shaw is a North Carolina-bred singer songwriter with an energy-infused, soulful folk-pop sound developed through busking in the New York City subways. Leah performs honest, melodic music inspired by her own experience wandering away from home and learning to develop her own voice. Look for her new EP ‘Home’ featuring the 2014 Our State North Carolina Magazine song of the year online this month.
“If you’ve read Southern authors, you know there’s dark, light, tragic and glorious within...sometimes in the same sentence. Well imagine that kind of insightful literature in lyric with the voice of an angel spreading it around. Leah Shaw has that kind of voice and that kind of song. She’ll be one to be reckoned with.” - Eddie Owen, Red Clay Theater, Atlanta GA

11pm- Fair-Weather
Genre: indie/folk/rock
For fans of: Muse, Radiohead, Poliça, Feist
Nuanced crossovers between multiple styles, Fair Weather’s sound is hard to categorize in a single genre. Born from a solo acoustic EP with the same name and formed through friendships, the band has rearranged and reimagined their songs into organic and distinctive ponderings on the beauty and fragility of life.
