Gun Fired In Prospect Lefferts Gardens But No Injuries: NYPD

A person flashed his gun in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and fired once — but police don't know what he shot at.

PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS, NY — A man flashed his gun and shot once outside a Prospect Lefferts Gardens apartment complex, police said.

There were no reported injuries after a man shot his gun outside 22 Clarkson Avenue about 3:45 a.m. on April 19, police said Monday.

There was damage to the apartment building, and police continued to searched for the man after he fled in a blue pickup truck, according to NYPD.

Police released video footage Monday showing the man on the sidewalk seemingly scratching a lottery ticket.
