Man Stabbed To Death After Fight In Brooklyn, Police Say

A man was fatally stabbed Tuesday night after an argument outside a Crown Heights business, according to police.

CROWN HEIGHTS, NY — Police are investigating after a man was repeatedly stabbed and killed outside a Crown Heights business following a late-night argument Tuesday, authorities said.

The victim, Terrence Smith, 38, of Brownsville, was found with stab wounds to the abdomen after officers responded to a 911 call about an assault outside a pediatric dental office at 1140 Eastern Parkway just after 11 p.m., police said.

EMS arrived and rushed Smith to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he was soon pronounced dead.

An NYPD spokesperson could not confirm many details, but witnesses told police they saw Smith arguing with a woman before the dispute turned violent, according to reports.

There have been no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
