Missing Crown Heights Girl Boards Bus And Disappears, Police Say

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a missing Crown Heights teenager who boarded a Brooklyn Bus Tuesday and hasn't been seen since.

Nasseekah Yisrael-Burris, 15, disappeared after stepping onto a B17 bus at Glenwood Road and Remsen Avenue in Canarsie about 9:30 p.m., police said.

The B17 bus heads toward Yisrael-Burris' apartment on St. Johns Place and Ralph Avenue, but the young girl did not return that night, police said.

Police describe Yisrael-Burris as a girl with black hair, brown eyes, standing 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds.

She ws last seen wearing a denim skirt, camouflage head scarf and carrying a clear bag.
