Summer Science with Kiddie Science

This summer, our theme is Green Brooklyn. We make use of the garden area at the Kiddie Science Lab to explore urban agriculture.

Kiddie Science is a nonprofit organization aimed at presenting fun, engaging, hands-on science workshops to young children and families. This summer, our theme is Green Brooklyn. Over the course of six weeks, young scientists participate in hands-on exploration of garden ecology, composting & recycling, vertical gardening, food science, leaf identification, and much more. We incorporate art-based science, cooking, math, sensory exploration, and literacy into our workshops to provide young scientists a diverse presentation of the topic.

Program options available for ages 3-7. Learn more and register online at http://www.kiddiescience.org/s...

The Kiddie Science Lab is located at 509 Rogers Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
