Border Agents Bust Man When They Discover Party in His Pants
Customs and Border Protection officials said that cocaine was "busting out" of the man's pants when he arrived at JFK Airport.

QUEENS, NY — A man flying into John F. Kennedy Airport from the Dominican Republic was busted for allegedly trying to smuggle 10 pounds of cocaine into the country by taping it to his legs.
Juan Carlos Galan Luperon, a U.S. citizen, displayed "signs of nervousness" during a March 4 customs inspection and his pants were "rather snug," according to Customs and Border Protection officials. Luperon was taken to a private search room where customs agents discovered that he had 10 pounds of a white powder substance taped to his legs, CPB officials said.
The substance tested positive for cocaine and was seized by border protection agents, officials said. The street value of the drugs is an estimated $164,000, according to CPD officials. Luperon was arrested and turned over to Homeland Security Investigations, officials said. He will face federal narcotics smuggling charges and will be prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the U.S. Eastern District Court of New York.
