• 2 Wanted For $150k Robbery Spree In Queens: What To Know (patch.com) — Residents in several Queens neighborhoods are being urged to stay alert after police linked three recent armed robberies, including violent sideswipe-style car thefts, that netted more than $150,000 in vehicles, jewelry and cash. Each incident involved two suspects, at least one gun, and victims targeted after minor collisions or while near their cars, and the NYPD is asking anyone with information to come forward.

Authorities are working to identify the remains and check missing-person reports, while officials praise firefighters' efforts that prevented the blaze from spreading further.
