• Randolph Man Charged With Failing to Register Email Address With NY Sex Offender Registry (wnynewsnow.com) — A 22-year-old Randolph resident has been charged with allegedly failing to update an email address with the New York State Sex Offender Registry, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators say the man, classified as a level 2 offender, was arrested Tuesday at the sheriff’s office and given an appearance ticket for a future court date in Little Valley, while remaining presumed innocent.
