Despite losing much of this year’s crop to an April freeze, the farm’s tavern, cider program, and agritourism offerings continue to draw visitors and support the local economy alongside other Hudson Valley orchards. 
• 12 face trespass charges after ICE protest in Williston (mynbc5.com) — One of the protesters arrested at a Vermont immigration-related demonstration is a 22-year-old from Red Hook cited for unlawful trespass and released pending a September court date. The group had blocked entrances at a Williston office building tied to federal immigration operations, part of ongoing protests there, and organizers say they plan to keep pressuring the landlord to drop its Homeland Security lease.
