15-Year-Old Arrested After Burglary At Riverhead Store: Police
The teen is a resident of the Timothy Hill Ranch, police say.
RIVERHEAD, NY — A 15-year-old was arrested Tuesday for a burglary at the AT&T store on Old Country Road in Riverhead that took place earlier in the month, police said.
According to Riverhead Town police, on Feb. 14 at 9:37 a.m., a call came in about a burglary at the store. On Tuesday at 12:32 p.m., the Riverhead Police Department's detective squad arrested the 15-year-old male, a resident of the Timothy Hill Ranch, and charged him with third-degree burglary, police said.
He was processed at the Riverhead Police Department and released to Timothy Hill Ranch staff with a future court date, police said.
