Apple Honda purchased Live United T-shirts for its employees to wear on Veterans' Day, to support the nation's troops and veterans.
Funds raised directly support Long Island’s Military Family Assistance Projects, aimed at programs that serve Long Island military, reservist, and National Guard personnel active in Operation Enduring Freedom and/or Operation Iraqi Freedom/New Dawn and their families.

The goal was to raise $100,000 to help provide emergency financial assistance, employment/job training, and case management for returning military personnel, according to organizers.
