Pet of the Week: Everybody Loves Chester

There couldn't be a better way to start off Pet of the Week for the Riverhead Animal Shelter than by introducing an incredible dog named Chester.

While living at the shelter for over three years now, Chester is a canine that seems to instantly capture the hearts of everyone he meets.  

Gabby Glantzman, shelter operations manager at the Riverhead Animal Shelter, found it impossible to get Chester off her mind.  "I met this dog yesterday, and I just can't stop thinking about him," she said.

Having an amazingly sweet personality is not the only thing that Chester has to offer his future family. "He's so cute. His ears stick out like The Flying Nun," Glantzman said. 

As you can see in his pictures, Chester is also an extremely playful pup.
