Award winning journalist Liz Welsh will discuss The Kids Are All Right a gripping and critically praised memoir about her Long Island family. Following the mysterious death of her dad and her actress mother's subsequent death from cancer in 1985, Liz Welch and her three siblings grew up quickly. All four children, ranging in age from eight to nineteen, were forced to live apart under cirumstances that often tested their resilience. Riverhead cardholders may pick up a copy of the book at the Library's Reference Desk.
