Juvenile Found Burglarizing Riverhead Car Wash: Police
He had left the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch and is now facing a felony charge, police say
RIVERHEAD, NY — A juvenile was caught stealing from a Riverhead car wash early Sunday, police said.
According to Riverhead Town police, officers responded to a commercial alarm activation at the Riverhead Car Wash on Old Country Road at about 3:23 a.m. A Riverhead K9 officer and K9 Loki found a juvenile who had left the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in the building, police said.
When the juvenile was apprehended, he had, in his possession, a donation box and various store items, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, police said.

The juvenile was transported to Riverhead Town police headquarters, where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket, police said.
