Man Charged With Defacing Wading River Medical Walk In With Graffiti: Police

WADING RIVER, NY - The words "Pain Mgmt" were splashed across the front of the Health Now Walk in Medical building on Route 25A in Wading River in April, police said, adding that they have caught the culprit.

According to Riverhead Town Police, on April 5, Joseph Mark Kirch, 54, of Patchogue used a marker to write the words on a sign.

An investigation conducted by the Riverhead Police Department's COPE unit resulted in Kirch's arrest; he was charged with making graffiti, processed, and arraigned in Riverhead Justice Court, police said.
