Man Charged With Trespassing In Flanders Home Early Sunday: Police
He's facing a second-degree criminal trespassing charge after a call came in early Sunday that he was in a home unlawfully, police say.
FLANDERS, NY — A Flanders man was arrested and charged Sunday after he trespassed in someone's home, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, a call came in at 7:27 a.m. about a person trespassing in a home on Evergreen Road in Flanders.
Cesar Mutzutztomas, 20, was found in the area, police said. After an investigation, authorities determined that he had entered the home unlawfully, police said. He was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, processed, and released on an appearance ticket to appear on Sept. 29 at Southampton Town Justice Court, police said.
