Police Issue New Plea For Public's Help In Finding Missing Riverhead Woman

RIVERHEAD, NY — Police issued a new plea for the public's help this weekend to help find a missing Riverhead woman.

According to Suffolk County Police and the Riverhead Police Department, the public’s assistance is needed in locating Kathleen Harrison Trent.

On Thursday, January 29, Trent’s son reported that he had not seen or heard from his mother since the evening of Tuesday, January 27, police said. Trent was last seen at her residence, located at 61 Forge Road in Riverhead, police said.

Trent is described as a 63-year-old white female, approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing 140 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes, police said.

Her family, friends and the community have shared the news of Trent being missing on social media in a desperate attempt to find her.
