Police Searching For Thief Who Stole Wallet At Riverhead Walgreens: PD

The woman used a credit card to buy candy and gift cards, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Police are asking for the public's help to find a woman who stole a wallet in a Riverhead store earlier this month.

According to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department, a woman stole the wallet in Walgreens, located on Old Country Road, on November 6 at about 2 p.m. The credit card was used to purchase candy and gift cards from Walgreens, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
