Search On For Runaway Teen Missing From East End: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a runaway teen missing from the East End, police said.

According to Riverhead Police, Nasir Scruggs, 16, left the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch on Middle Road Saturday at 11 p.m. without permission.

He is described as a Black male, 5-feet, 10 inches and 150 lbs. with brown eyes, and black hair in braids, police said. It's unclear what he was wearing or where he was going, police said.

No foul play is suspected, police said.
