Search On For Runaway Teen Missing From Riverhead: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a teen missing from the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in Riverhead, police said.

According to Riverhead Town Police, Jose Castro, 16, is a frequent runaway who went missing from the facility, located on Middle Road, on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. with no known direction or destination. No foul play is suspected, police said.

Jose is a Hispanic male, 5-feet and 145 lbs., with a light complexion, brown eyes, and black short hair; he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, and black and red Nike sneakers, police said.
