RIVERHEAD, NY — A 19-year-old missing from the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in Riverhead has been found safe, police said. According to Riverhead Town police, Marcine Springfield left the facility, located on Middle Road, on Wednesday at about 11 p.m. He has run away in the past and has ties to the Wyandanch area but was found safe Thursday afternoon, police said.
