'Suspicious Explosion' At Aquebogue Marina: Police
The explosion took place Sunday night, police say.
AQUEBOGUE, NY — Police are investigating a "suspicious explosion" that took place at a marina in Aquebogue Sunday.
According to Riverhead Town Police, the explosion took place at the Lighthouse Marina on Meeting House Creek Road at 8 p.m.
Riverhead detectives and the Suffolk County Police Department are investigating, police said. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500.
