3) Riverhead Railroad Museum Open House: Toy train set raffle, railroad related vendors and displays. Event takes place from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m. 416 Griffing Avenue, Riverhead.
4) "Hung Out to Dry": An exhibition of artist Max Moran's recovered paintings, which were stolen in an art heist years ago. The exhibit will unfold at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn - Barn Gallery beginning Saturday and running through Sept. 16. An opening reception will be held on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. Paintings will be on display Fridays from 5 to 8 pm. and Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 7 p.m.
