Wading River Jewelry Store Burglarized: Police
It was not clear how much jewelry was taken, police say.
WADING RIVER, NY — A Wading River jewelry store was burglarized over the weekend, police said.
According to Riverhead Town police, a call came in on Sunday at 8:08 a.m. about a burglary at Bellisimo Luxe Jewelry on Sound Road. Someone entered the building and removed an unknown amount of jewelry, police said.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone who may have information about the incident is asked to notify the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500.
