Jade Gallery is proud to announce the solo exhibition of scupltor Robert Spinazzola's exhibit, "de Chine". The Exhibition began March 1 and continues through May 1, 2012. An Artist's reception is scheduled for March 18, 2-5 PM.12 steel sculptures fashioned into Chinese calligraphy words including; Dragon, Peace and Change as well as Jade, ( created for the show ), are among the recycled pieces mounted to the wall. Two other free standing bird inspired works are also included. Mr. Spinazzola interest in Asian calligraphy dates back to his college years where he was graduated with a degree and a major in Art History at Wayne State University, 1977. The award winning mid-career artist has had seven solo exhibitions, has been reviewed in the New York Times ten times and is the collections of PepsiCo, G.E. and Pfizer.
